 Lisa Cogan, President, is a
"hands-on"
owner who works daily with
BSI clients and is actively engaged
in the day-to-day tasks.
Over the past 20 years, Lisa
has built an impressive career with
a concentration in accounting and
bookkeeping. Having worked in
the construction industry for a
majority of those years, she
understands the field and feels
confident interpreting client needs.
Lisa regularly attends
Florida's Construction Industry
Licensing Board (CILB) meetings,
keeping BSI on top of all of the
latest licensing requirements and
changes. As a member of the
Construction Licensing Officials
Association of Florida (CLOAF), she
is also plugged in at the county and
city levels.
Having built BSI
from the ground up, Lisa is
dedicated to customer service.
From the the beginning she has
applied her friendly mannerisms to
the organization and understands the
importance of satisfied clients.
